Limited Access to Decks 3 and 6 During Birmingham Artwalk
Please note that access to BPA Parking Deck 3 (401 North 20th St.) and Deck 6 (2010 Second Ave. North) will be limited Friday and Saturday, Sept. 6 and 7, due to the Birmingham Artwalk, which will be held on 20th Street North in downtown Birmingham.
BPA customers and Artwalk patrons should be aware that 20th Street North will be closed in both directions between First Avenue North and Fifth Avenue North. Barricades will be placed at all cross streets in this area. Avenues that run east and west will remain passable.

Patrons who park in Deck 3 will only be able to enter the deck from the Fourth Avenue North side.
Another close parking option for patrons is BPA Deck 5, located at 2012 Fifth Ave. North.
