Payment Link Issue Affecting Decks 6 and 8 Customers

We’re are actively working with our payment processing vendor to resolve a technical issue affecting the payment link included in recent parking invoice emails for users of Decks 6 and 8. While the invoices were sent out correctly, the link provided to make a payment is currently not working.

We expect it to be corrected by the end of the week.

As a result, we will be waiving all late fees for the month to ensure no one is penalized due to this error.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to fix the problem. We will notify customers as soon as the issue is resolved and the payment link is functioning properly.
