Current Openings
Security Officer
To provide security at assigned Authority parking decks by monitoring electronic surveillance equipment, patrolling the decks, counting vehicles, and contacting police in emergency situations. Ensures that reserved spaces are filled by those with authorization. Assists in overall operation of assigned facility by responding to inquiries by customers, filling in for cashiers during break and lunch periods, assisting in counting or verifying the amount of money. Prepares logs and assists in establishing and maintaining records.
Accounting Assistant
To establish and maintain fiscal records in accordance with professional accounting principles and practices and Authority requirements. Maintains accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and associated records and reports. Prepare reports and statements as needed. Serves as the receptionist for the administrative office.
Cashier
To compute and collect parking fees (cash or credit card) from daily and monthly parking customers. Records transactions using computer software and equipment, issues receipts, makes change, etc. Balances collections and complete report at the end of the shift. Prepare bank deposits in accordance with established procedures. Assists with enrolling new monthly parking customers.
Executive Assistant
To assist the Executive Director/CEO with overall operations by answering calls and inquiries, composing and preparing letters, documents, and reports, coordinating meetings, receiving and transmitting information, supervising assigned staff, maintaining files and records. Preparation for meetings includes making meeting location reservations, preparing agendas, and notifying attendees. Establishes and maintains contractual agreements, maintains insurance portfolio, and prepares invitations to bid as needed. Oversees payroll for administrative staff. Assists in the formulation of plans and establishment of organizational goals as a member of Authority administrative team.
