Veterans Day Parade to Affect Access to Decks 2, 3, 4 and 7
Because of the National Veterans Day Parade in downtown Birmingham on Tuesday, Nov. 11, access to several streets will be restricted during the parade. That means access to four BPA parking decks will also be affected.
The parade will be from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Access to the following streets will be affected during that time:
- 18th Street North
- 4th Avenue North
- 22nd Street North
- 6th Avenue North
- 19th Street North
As a result, entrances and exits to parking decks 2, 3, 4 and 7 may be temporarily restricted during the parade.
