BPA to Update Parking Rates Effective July 1
The Birmingham Parking Authority will be updating its parking rates effective July 1. These changes apply to both hourly and monthly parking and represent the first rate increase in more than 15 years.
The updated rates are part of a long-term strategic plan to better align pricing with the Birmingham market and similar cities, while also supporting essential facility improvements across BPA-managed locations.
Monthly parking rates will increase modestly, with adjustments varying by location. The additional revenue will be used to maintain safe, functional, and customer-friendly parking facilities.
