Mr. Porter, a 30-year resident of Birmingham, is a partner with Highpoint Group Insurance & Risk Management, with more than 35 years of experience in the financial service industry, including operations, institutional sales, and financial consulting. Mr. Porter was appointed to the BPA Board of Directors in 2023. He is also on the Board of Directors of Community Care Development Network and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Mr. Porter has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Bradley University.
