Jeff Havercroft
Vice Chair
Mr. Havercroft, a resident of Birmingham’s Southside Community, has been a practicing Civil Engineer in the Birmingham area for 16 years. Prior to that, he practiced law in Birmingham for five years. Mr. Havercroft has extensive experience with land development and civil construction administration.
Mr. Havercroft was appointed to the BPA Board of Directors in 2022. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from James Madison University, a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Mr. Havercroft also served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve for six years.
